Yadda yadda yadda, like lots of people I take a look back upon the past year to reflect.

But this year for some reason, many memories are flooding back from my past…my crazy past ;>

I’ve always been a magnet – on the bus and train, people always approached me for conversation – and I met lots of really weird, interesting people in clubs, lounges, bookstores, parties…so many cool people, many famous people, many who became infamous as well. It may be time to start writing my autobio – but there’s so much more to happen!

This time of year is also very hard on a lot of people. Because it is so emotionally charged, memories of longings, passings and missed opportunities haunt many, and bad things can happen :/

If you know someone who is having a hard time emotionally, just try to be there for them to let them talk it out…keep in contact with them, you can’t be all like “oh it’s going to be all right” and stuff, but just knowing that Someone is out there who cares may be enough.

I have gone thru a few very dark times in my life, with one particularly tragic time…it’s been hard climbing thru sometimes, but I love life, and this lyric from Old man River was the tiny beam of light I needed one night to make it thru – “‘I’m tired of living and scared of dying”

Here’s to all the warmth and light of the season, may you enter Winter with a light heart and pass thru the solstice with the light of hope in your soul 🙂
