Soooooo busy! Trying to keep my head above water and swim strong.
There’s been quite a few gigs that I haven’t posted here about :/
Played several times at The M Room on Girard Ave in Philly (near the newwish Piazza)
Good shows! Was supposed to play D&B (well thought it was House, then they asked for D&B 2 or 3 days before)
My Brown/Sugar partner, Dre Ovalle and I got tracks together – I’ve played it and Breaks several times and have a nice collection…but as the night unfolded, we were told to play anything we wanted, so we did our thing playing banging Techno! At first people were kind of confused – pure, real techno is a rarity in almost every city save a few in the US – we gave them a cross between a Truncate sound, that NY hard clear beat Techno and some hypnotic acid to pull it all together….suddenly the room was full, people were dancing, glowsticks were flying 🙂 People were dancing and smiling, yay!!!
Thus past Sunday, we both played again, but separately. I played some very funky tracks mixed with Tech House, Minimal with a large dose of quirk ‘n fun 🙂

A new monthly has gone down nicely the last 2 months – Dre and I have been doing the third Saturday at The Buzz in Trenton, NJ – 9pm-2am. They have a very nice dancefloor, great sound system, comfy dj booth, delicious food, drinks & Polish beer!!!! We will be back there October 19th.
The Liberty Party continues – we will have the Halloween party Saturday the 26th of October
with The Phoenix Butterfly as out headliner!
